FISME & WeVaad To Host Webinar On Faster, Legally Enforceable MSME Dues Recovery On March 6

New Delhi, Feb 27 (KNN) Delayed and outstanding invoices continue to affect the financial stability and operations of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in India.

According to a joint report titled “MSMEs Access to Finance and Timely Payments” released by Federation of Indian Micro and Small & Medium Enterprises (FISME) and Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship (GAME), delayed payments owed to MSMEs stood at Rs 7.34 lakh crore as of March 2024. 

While the figure has declined, the issue remains significant.

To address this challenge, FISME, in collaboration with WeVaad—an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) firm empanelled with the Bombay High Court—will host a webinar to guide MSMEs on faster and legally enforceable recovery of outstanding dues.

Kritika Sethi, Co-Founder and Mentor, WeVaad, and Ratika Srivastava, Legal Manager – Partnerships, WeVaad, will be the speakers for this webinar.

The session will focus on time-bound, confidential, and cost-effective dispute resolution mechanisms, enabling MSMEs to recover dues within 90 days without prolonged litigation.

The webinar, titled “From Deadlock to Decision: Resolving Outstanding Invoice Disputes within 90 Days”, will be held on Friday, 6 March 2026, from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
